Can I use Baby Lanolin for other skin conditions?

Absolutely! My children experienced cradle cap, which also developed behind their ears.  I simply rubbed a small amount onto the effected area before they went to bed and in the morning I rubbed the cradle cap off with a face washer and it quickly and painlessly wiped off.

Baby Lanolin is terrific in the treatment for dry skin patches.  My son has very sensitive skin and will suddenly develop dry patches of skin on his arms and legs.  I apply Baby Lanolin morning and night for a few days and the skin has healed and cleared.

Is Baby Lanolin just for babies?

No.  It is so safe and gentle that anyone in the family can use it. 

At what age does my baby need to be to start using this product?

You can start using Baby Lanolin as soon as your baby is born.  When I was pregnant with my second child I packed a tube of Baby Lanolin into my hospital bag and I have used it on him since his very first nappy change.  He has never suffered from nappy rash, thanks to Baby Lanolin.

Is Baby Lanolin easy to apply?

Yes.  It is a soft creamy formula that easily glides onto the skin, which is especially important when applying to damaged, sore skin.

How long will it take for my order to be posted?

If your order is made by 3pm (EST) your products will be posted that same business day.  If an order is made after this time, your order will be posted the very next business day.  Unfortunately we can not control any postal delays due to strike etc or interstate/international orders if delays occur due to airline disputes.

Is there any region that you do not mail to?

We can accept and post orders to any location Australia wide and Internationally. All Australian orders have a postage charge of: $4.85 and all international orders have a postage charge of $15.00 AUD.

What happens if you are out of stock?

We will always ensure that you receive the equivalent or greater size product that you order e.g if you ordered a 50gm jar of Baby Lanolin and we were out of stock, we would send you the 100gm jar for the same cost as the 50gm jar that you ordered.

Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied that the product you have received is identicle to the products shown and listed on this site, or if you are not 100% satisfied with the product itself, we are happy to fully refund your money.
